To correct all categories you need go to Products > Categories > open category and re-save it. Errors will disappear. The problem is related to changes made in category header editor.

Yes, you need delete woocommerce folder in legenda directory and reupload with new woocommerce files from the theme package.
The issue with Portfolio page has been fixed.

Sorry, but other pages use main logo that is displayed on the Home page, it can’t be changed for all pages and keep it only for the home page.

In this case you need change main logo image in Theme Options > Header > Logo image. As you can see the same logo as on the Home page is displayed on all pages. That’s why main logo image has to be changed.

There is no possibility to add different logo images on pages, but it’s possible to have different logos for main header and fixed header (when scrolling a page).
