This template is included in our theme. You can find it in Theme Options > Import/Export > select “Simple Page” type and you’ll find “Travel” template.

Hello,

I’ve disabled all 3rd-party plugins and Review form has appeared the same as on our demo.
So one of the plugins is causing the issue. You have to disable them one by one to find out what plugins creates a conflict.

Do you want categories to be displayed on your Shop page? If so go to Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Shop Page Display > Show Subcategories.
To upload images for categories go to Products > Categories > select a category to edit and upload Thumbnail.

You need ask your hosting provider where your site is hosted to enable that function and increase functions values on a server. Deactivation of those functions may cause issues with the template installation.
Essential Grid demo pages can be found in the theme package that you downloaded.

As I see you’re using old theme version. Please update it to 1.5.2 version and it its package you’ll find the latest version of Ultimate VC Addons plugin (in the directory royal/framework/plugins). You can upload new plugin version via FTP.
