One of your plugins is causing the issue with the buttons. I disabled all 3rd-party plugins and the buttons were shown fine. Please deactivate the plugins one by one to find out what is making a conflict.

I’ve uploaded default Woocommerce pagination file to the theme folder and checked the pagination with default WordPress theme. The issue persists there too. So you need contact Woocommerce support concerning this issue.

If you want to translate the menu item “Shop” you can do this in wp-admin > Pages. Just rename the page Shop to your language and add a new page to the menu in Appearance > Menus. Also select a new shop page in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab.

That’s why they are shown from other categories too.
