I was wondering if it’s an issue with my installation, i was not necesarily in need of that setting
But out of curiosity why was it removed? As far as i know that was an option to remove unused CSS and JS scripts from the site. Because the theme has a lot of data but only few is used for each site individually.
Will there be a replacement option instead in the future ?

I decided to delete the website and reinstall it from scratch even though i did not have any 3rd plugins installed yet ( new website)
So on the new website I only installed woocommerce, the theme and the core plugin. The serve requirements are all green
I went back to my other website where the option is available to try and figure our what is different.
So, i noticed that on the website that this option is available the theme version was 8.1.6 because i did not update it since i first installed it.
So i updated it to 8.2.4 as well as the core plugin and the files generator option disappeared here too 🙂
So there is definitely something with the new version of the theme …
I pasted the info from my server requirements in case it helps.
