I am unable to record a video of the issue but I have however created a new user account for you and added the server and credentials in the Private Content Area of this message.
To recreate this issue yourself, go-to the X-Store Email Builder -> Emails, edit any email or one of type “Order in progress” which emails the user their order confirmation as well as the order summary with pictures. At the edit page, you can send a test email to yourself, I hope this will help you better debug the issue. I’ve tried to do everything I could and can’t seem figure this out.
