Yes, you difinetly can. Don’t forget to backup your site before update and please delete woocommerce folder as it contains outdated files from previous version.
Also please update plugins from https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.

You may decrease menu padding value for links to 5 px with following code.
.fixed-header-area .menu #menu-home_menu_gr-1 > li > a{padding: 20px 5px 15px 5px !important}

Please update the theme to the latest version and plugins as well.
Also before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/idstore/.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

You may hide the breadcrumbs for the home page and edit your home page in standart VC editor to add slider on the top. To hide breadcrumbs on the home page with the word “home” please add following code into the custom.css:
.home .bc-type-3{display:none}

Regarding the css styles – they are fine and the 1 line you may add to remove gap is:

.slider-container{margin-top:-200px} .vc_custom_1398413457173{margin-top:200px}

The white gap can be seen only from admin panel and not related to our theme options. Please check your .htaccess file or contact your host provider.

Yes

Before update please delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ to overwrite default files.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
