Menu - by RainaN - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi there,

    My menu was working perfectly… and then all of a sudden, it’s disappeared.

    On my homepage, it’s showing the instructions on how to create the menu… “SET YOUR MAIN MENU IN APPERANCE > MENUS”

    And yet, my menu is created, and for days has been working fine. I’m not sure why the menu has dropped. It’s still there, and I’ve tried directing it again, but no luck.

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version and plugins as well.
    Also before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/idstore/.

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Hi Brian,

    I don’t understand. I am using the latest version and plugins already. I purchased and installed this theme less then a week ago. Is there something else to do?

    Hello

    I have resaved menu location in appearance – menu – manage locations. It is visible now and you may repeat this operation after theme update.

    Thank you Brian,

    I see that the menu is back up and working, I appreciate that!

    I’m still a little confused though. I’m running Legenda Theme Version 2.9.2.

    Is it still necessary for me to update the theme at this time? Or am I okay until the next version comes out?

    Hello

    Yes, you difinetly can. Don’t forget to backup your site before update and please delete woocommerce folder as it contains outdated files from previous version.
    Also please update plugins from https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.
