Hello,

In TEMPLATES > Theme Builder > Some of the templates (ex: Product Category Page) I can view this page but when I click EDIT WITH ELEMENTOR It causes the error I pasted above.

I have created a user for you to enter the site and see this yourself. I also sent out a contributor request on flywheel for ftp access.

Thank you for checking! Makes a lot of sense now.

We lose a lot of Elementor Global Styles.

Is it possible to speak to someone from your support team? If they can join a conference call between me and my team to discuss some issues?

Hi Olga,

So I can finally grant access. I have sent the temporary credentials in the private area.
Areas I need help with:
1. Categories Show More Show Less. (+ Button)
– I can’t seem to make this work and have that option
2. Themes sidebar is not working on tablet/mobile. (it will not switch to a slide-out, off-canvas style like the demos)
3. Every time I update Elementor Pro the styles get lost and the site bugs out.

Please help me!

That’s exactly what I did but it doesn’t work. I’m using PRODUCT CATEGORIES WIDGET. It looks like the demo is using Product Categories Widget 2, where is that?! Please help.

Hi,

I am using the WooCommerce Ajax Layered Nav widgets.

The filter by-products attribute works but it has STEPS.

The 8theme doesn’t have a filter by attribute.

I will be able to give you limited login access but I have to confirm that first. I’ll definitely send a private message here.

Hi Olga,

I don’t think I can share my dashboard at the moment due to sensitive information. However, I like to be able to only FILTER and not sort.

I would like to have several filters such as:
Filter by several categories
Filter by several unique attributes
Filter by Advanced Custom Fields (if possible)

I don’t know how to share screenshots or images here?
