    I see, I have checked your site again now accordingly as you described in your previous reply, and found the issue on your site. And I think you are right as well, that issue is because of the animation as the animation is taking too long to appear/work on your site.

    Please try to disable the animation of that block and check back again after clearing the cache.

    Hello, @raj,

    Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme for it, as the Shop page Menu item will only activate on the Shop page not on the categories archive pages, so you have to make it active on other pages using the Custom CSS, please share your live site URL with me here, so that I’ll check and prepare the Custom CSS for you.

    Actually, to edit the static blocks you have to allow your page builder for it. Like if you are using the Elementor then go to the Dashboard >> Elementor >> Settings and then allow it to edit the static block, check this image: https://postimg.cc/c6sxXq09 and if you are using the WP Bakery plugin in your site then go to the Dashboard >> WP Bakery >> Role Manager then allow the static blocks as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/7GtW3Txy

    Alright, I have understood your issue, and thanks for letting us know that you are not using the single product builder.

    Now, to solve your issue first you have to enable the social share from the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Page >> Single Product Layout check this image: https://postimg.cc/vDrDTHTm

    First of all, you need to understand that, why the issue appears on the site. Please watch this video first: https://streamable.com/p050fb as you can see in this video the issue appears because of the scroll bar when I zoom out of the browser window the scroll bar is gone and the issue resolves automatically without any CSS code or any other efforts. When the mouse comes over the scroll bar the mega menu will be gone. Now, the scroll bar appears because of the menu items are too many. If you want to solve your issue without any custom CSS code then you have to set the menu zoom option as I set it on our site by navigating to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> Header Builder >> Secondary Menu then see image: https://postimg.cc/MvQ1K8RZ result will appear like this: https://postimg.cc/k6Htqjgt and second, You can also solve your issue with the help of CSS code

    Hello, @TFS,

    1. If you need to edit just the header, footer, pages, and products of your site and you don’t need to customize your site via customization then you don’t need the child theme. Because basically child theme is used for customization purposes. Like if you need to add a customization code you will use the child theme so that whenever you update the parent theme your customization will never be lost. But as you said you will not add any customization so you don’t need the child theme you can delete the child theme and use the parent theme.

    2. Simply go to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS there you will be adding the custom CSS code this option is coming from our theme see image for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/CZtj01tM and https://postimg.cc/RqwcrvT9

    There must be some sort of issue at that time while you imported the demo, otherwise every time all the features imported with the demo import, and if you are not able to create the header by yourself. then please reset your WordPress and let me know which demo you want to use so that I’ll import that demo for you properly.

    Actually, tracking orders is a default WooCommerce feature our theme has no influence on it. So to know how you can set it on your site you have to follow official WooCommerce documentation on it.     Actually, it was nothing but just a cache issue. I just clear the cache from the plugin settings and your issue was resolved.     The cache got strong on your server so every time you make changes from the backend admin dashboard of your site you must have to clear the cache from the plugin settings as I did so that the change will appear on the site.

    Could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty-Two, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not? If the issue will persist with the default WordPress Theme as well, then it will make clear that the issue is not because of our theme, and in that case, you have to contact WordPress support.

    1.. Yes, the changes you will make. will work in the child theme. No need to worry about its safe.

    2.. Child theme is connected with the parent theme. If you make your site using a child theme and then you need to delete the child theme then it is possible that the changes no longer work so before deleting the child theme first export all the settings by activating the child theme and navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> Export/Import and then first export the settings then you can delete the child theme and activate the parent theme then again go to this option and import the exported file so that all the settings will import in the parent theme.     3.. As I said that the child theme is connected with the parent theme so it doesn’t matter you will get the update notification if the child theme is activated on your site.

    Yes, I have checked your issue and found the cause of it. Actually, in the section, there is a class called “elementor-invisible” that’s why the section disappears for the first for somtimes. See image: https://postimg.cc/7bz8P2Rp Now, there are some possible reasons for this. This could be a cache issue because sometimes it works just fine as you said. So please contact your service provider to flush the server cache and please disable the cache plugins if you are using them on your site. Then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache I hope your issue will be resolved.

    Note: If you still facing the issue then please share your site wp-admin URL and access in the private content area and allow us to change/remove the plugins and debug your site. Please take the complete backup of your site as well.

    Actually, You have to understand it first. Let me explain to you.

    By default, our theme has a speed optimization wizard in which you can find the necessary optimization option like CSS, JS, and other features of our theme like menu, static blocks, etc. And a cache plugin will optimize all of the content of your site like if you are using third-party plugins its files and cache will be controllable with the help of cache plugins. but using the cache plugin option and theme optimization wizard option at the same time will conflict and cause unexpected issues on the site.

    So you have to use only one from the “Cache plugin and Theme optimization Wizard” in order to avoid unexpected issues on the site.
