Hello, @Denys,

There must be some sort of issue at that time while you imported the demo, otherwise every time all the features imported with the demo import, and if you are not able to create the header by yourself. then please reset your WordPress and let me know which demo you want to use so that I’ll import that demo for you properly.

I am very angry with your theme and designer. There is no way I can customize the site header. The problem is that as soon as I customize the header color and publish. It turns green again. And so all the time. I do not display this color anywhere. Why does the designer not save the settings?

I paid for the xstore theme to make it easier to create a site, and it turns out that I created even more problems for myself.

Hello,

Take our apologies if you faced any inconvenience using our theme!
XStore is a simply customizable theme. Likely it is a cache problem on your site. Do you use cache plugin or CDN? In this case, you need to clear all cache, including cache of browser.
Also, go to Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > Off. Activate mentioned options once all changes to the header/footer will be done.

Thanks for the help. The green color always popped up no matter what I did. Had to completely reset all files.
