In order to show the full text you have to use the below-given CSS code in the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS and paste your CSS code there in Global CSS.

Then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Yes, On karaonline you had the issue with the brand filter, right?
I was trying to help you and I was the one logged in to your site for debugging, I activated the Child Theme to check it on your site, but it did not resolve the issue and I forget to reactivate the Parent Theme, I am really sorry for that, apologizing for it, Now I tried to change back to Child Theme but your provided Login details are not working anymore.

So please activate the Child Theme by yourself and check back or provide me the correct/working Login details.

I have debugged your site and found this error in your site console when trying to access the cart and checkout under theme options: https://postimg.cc/v1hzkfFC and that is the main cause of the issue, you can check the error file path as well in the given screenshot, It is coming from the WordPress core files, so it look likes you have added some Custom Code in Core files of the WordPress, Please try to contact your developer to check it for you or contact your hosting provider on this issue, once that issue in console with the WordPress files will be resolved, The option of the theme will work fine automatically.

The issue could be because of any third-party plugin conflict, Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then kindly take a complete backup of your site first.

And I also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

You can change that phrase from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce (Shop) >> Shop Elements >> Sale & Out of Stock & New:

From there you can change the Sale Label Text and you can turn ON/OFF the show percentage as well.

No, please do not use multiple page builders at the same time on your site, it will create unexpected issues and might destroy your site as well, we always recommended to use the single page builder on a single site at a single time from scratch to end.

Actually, The thing is when you use this code:

.nav-sublist-dropdown .container{height: 100% !important; overflow-y:scroll !important;}

the verticle menu works fine but not the other menu. To use the other menu works fine you have to use the below code too

#menu-main-1 .nav-sublist-dropdown .container{height: auto !important; overflow:initial !important;}

You can paste the above new code in the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS at the bottom of the CSS box.

Then the result will appear as you can see in the below image.

Actually, It is the default functionality of WooCommerce and a little tricky one as well, let me try to explain it to you in detail.

1. The Order is not showing in Order Tab on my account page when adding the order to the cart, so the order only shows in the Order Tab on my account page when you will confirm and complete the order, until and unless, you will not complete the Order, it will stay in the Cart and Checkout, It will move to the Order Tab on my account page after the completion from the Customer. This is how it works.

2. Customer/User details automatically fill on the Checkout page when adding the product to the Cart and then move to the Checkout page, so this is also not possible as there is no such option in the WooCommerce for it, and it requires some extra Customization.

But when the user adds the product to the cart and then moves to the checkout page and fills all the fields properly and completes the order, and then moves to the shop page to purchase another product, and add the second product to the cart and then move to checkout, now for the second time the customer details will be there on the checkout page which the customer added for the first item. This is how it works.

1. Actually, you are using the WP Bakery page builder on your site, and the Progress Bar you shared the URL: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/linear-progress-bar/ is for the Elementor page builder.

We have the Progress Bar element in the WP Bakery page builder as well but unfortunately, we do not have such options for the thickness of the bar in the WP Bakery version.

So if you want to use that bar style, you have to use the Elementor page builder for your site from the scratch and then you will be able to simply copy and paste the particular style on your site by watching this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYei56eV7mU

That does not have the code, that has been created using the Elementor elements, so I have exported the complete blocks of that particular Demo in an XML file, and you have to import that XML file using WordPress >> Tools >> Import on your site and you will be able to see those blocks in your site static blocks.

Thanks for your detailed explanation, we really appreciate the time, you gave to debug and write that detailed explanation, it really helps us in understand the issue properly.

I have tried to find the cause of the issue and found that when I activated the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty Two on your site, the Place Order worked.

And then I tried to activate the XStore Parent Theme on your site and the Place Order button worked: https://postimg.cc/HVvGNrNf

So it makes clear that the issue is with your Child Theme Customization only. If you did any Customization in Child Theme then try to remove it and check back OR try to delete the Child Theme and Install the Fresh new one and check back. Hope this will resolve your issue.

In this video, I have shown you that there is no Vendor Info tab on the single product pages now, proof is shown in the video.

And regarding changing the sale price, I have done it for you on your site by creating a test product and showed in the video as well, you can delete that test product now after checking it on your site, you just have to change the color code for changing the color in that CSS code.

Actually, our theme supports two types of product pages.

1. Pre-build in this you can enable/disable some options.
2. Custom layout in this you are able to create the layout and set the content as per your need.

You can be able to choose the most suitable for your single product gallery layout on desktop only in Theme Options.
