Yes, that is how I done it before but couldn’t understand why sizes showed and not colours.

I have cleared the cache on the website and on two separate mobile phones, now I do not see the mobile filter icon on any of the category pages. Can you please check this to see if something is not enabled as I cannot see where the problem is. thanks, Ashley

This is the screenshot from mobile in ‘Suspender Belts’ category. The little filter icon does not appear on the page, but all the filters are showing below ‘product categories’ and above the footer sections. This should not display at the bottom of the category page. https://prntscr.com/25esmgp
It is the same on all the category pages except ‘Stockings’, ‘Girdles’, ‘Panties’ and ‘Other Lingerie’. On these 4 categories, the filter Icon displays correctly and does not show at the bottom of the category pages.
How can I make the filter icon show on all category pages as it should do?

So if I try again to update Elementor, do you mean I go to Settings > Experiments > Improved Asset Loading > Inactive and change it to ‘active’ ? I am not sure what I should do here to avoid the errors i had last time I tried to update it.

Yes,, I set up payment options on the site a few days ago including woocommerce payments. Is it possible that this has caused the issue? I do need it though so not sure what to do if that is the issue.

Hi, No its the ‘more’ menu which displays at the bottom of the screen on a mobile. Not the main menu.
When you click ‘more’ a menu comes up but if you click on the ‘shop by type’ options
it takes you to the page then freezes. You have to refresh the page to be able to view anything.

They use global attributes for colour. It doesn’t make sense that they only appear in one category. They all work okay on the website we copied the product database from. I attach the login details.

Hi,
Thanks. All products have colour attributes set up so the colour filter should show in every category. It shouldn’t just be displaying in the one category. The product database was imported from another website using xstore so all attributes were already set up.
Is there a setting that needs to be checked or something?

I have been through your answers and can now edit the static blocks, thanks.
The side bar also seems to be okay now, but Filter by Colour only seems to appear in ‘Holdup Stockings’ category. How do I get this to display on all category pages?
Also on ‘Shop All’ page, please tell me how i can change the ‘Sort menu’ to make ‘Sort by Latest’ the default setting instead of ‘default sorting’ as it is now?
4. I see your image of ‘edit banner with mask’ but i have been through all the customization options and cannot see where the page you show is found so I can check the settings of banner elements for the homepage. Please let me know where i find these editing options.
