    Yes, the newsletter popup works but it is not displaying correctly. I’ve attached the way it should look and how it used to look. It is missing the form field.

    This actually worked thank you!

    For future reference, I download the theme updates from themeforest. Do I need to get the latest plugins from https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ each time?

    Did not work. Same error, had to roll back woocommerce again.

    Please advise.

    I would also very much like this feature. I think it’s important since mobile device displays are getting larger. It makes more sense to allow users to see more products at once if they can see the images well enough.

    I just checked again and it seems the image is not being cut off anymore. Did you change something? However, the image is still being stretched making it look blurry.

    Thanks for your time.

    I’ve attached screenshots and links but it is happening on every product page. I am testing on a Mac desktop in firefox, safari, and chrome.

    Thanks, does anyone else have a solution for this? A workaround plugin maybe?

    I would also really like this feature added. I’d be willing to pay extra. As mobile devices continue to increase in size like the iPhone 6 it allows for more screen real estate. It makes sense to be able to display more products as once. Could you at least give us an idea of how we may go about achieving this on our own? What templates should be edited? And how?

    Thanks for your time.

    For me the culprit was Woocmmerce Yith Zoom Magnifier. Disappointed because I really want to use the magnifier on mobile since Royal doesn’t have that feature.

    The lightbox on product images does not have zoom effect on mobile. It is just the same size image in a lightbox. Don’t really understand what the purpose of it is.

    Hi, I’ve narrowed it down to YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier as the culprit plugin. However, I need this plugin to have zoom on mobile. Is there any other way I can get zoom on product images on mobile? Other plugins don’t seem to work. It seems the plugin is add a couple extra characters at the end of the hyperlink when tabs are clicked so they are not opening.

    Please advise, thanks for your time.

    Hi yes that did fix the issue however now it takes 3 times as long for the menu to pull out. Sometimes 3-4 seconds.

    I think the issue is the visibility: hidden style slowing it down. Is there a way to just cover the menu with a white box and swap the two when the menu button is clicked? That way nothing needs to be hidden.

    Thanks for you help.

    Also, I think this definitely should be fixed in a future update. I looked at the other Royal demos and they all have this issue.

    We’re on an iphone. If you drag down on the homepage, you will see it at the top.

    The issue is on mobile. While on the site, drag down anywhere and you will see the Navigation Menu exposed. This will undoubtedly confuse customers as they browse. Screenshot attached.

    Hi, thanks but that did not work.

    However, I got it to be hidden using this:

    .st-menu {
    visibility:hidden;
    }

    But when I use this code the nav menu takes longer to pull out on mobile. It takes 3 seconds for the menu to slide out. Without this code it takes 1 second but then the menu is visible at the top when you drag down.

    See attached image please.

    Hi, thanks for your reply but I’m not sure how to remove it through a child theme. I know how to use child themes for adding CSS and adding functions, but not removing them.

    Anyways, when I tried backing up the theme-functions.php file and deleting the code directly from the parent, it worked. The username field was removed, however, I got this error when trying to register without username:

    “Username already exists. Please try another one.”

    Please advise, thanks.

    Can I get a status or estimate date on this? I can’t go live until this important issue is resolved.

    Thank you.

    Not sure what you mean? Are you looking at the child theme? See attached:
