The issue with the categories was caused by cached data in WooCommerce. To resolve this, we took the following steps:

We cleared the WooCommerce-related caches, which can be found in:

WooCommerce → Status → Tools

The following fields were cleared:
– WooCommerce transients
– Expired transients
– Term counts
– Brands transients

Regarding the logo issue, it was caused by custom code applied to the element:

css selector { z-index: -1; }

We have removed this code to resolve the problem.
