    Please note that you can easily find your license certificates by following this link: https://themeforest.net/downloads Under each purchased item, you will see a Download button. In the dropdown menu, please select “License certificate & purchase code” to download the license file.

    There should be three licenses for the XStore theme. Kindly download all of them and send them to us.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello, Will,

    To change the label “Phone” to “Phone Number,” please open the checkout page in the Elementor editor. Then, open the Checkout Page widget, go to the Billing Details tab, and there you can modify both the position and the labels of the fields.

    However, please note that adding an entirely new field in this way is not possible, as it requires additional customization beyond the scope of our support.

All necessary actions for your account have been completed. All remaining orders, except one, will be canceled, and the corresponding amounts will be refunded to your bank shortly.
