    Unfortunately, access to the admin panel is still inactive, and the code remains invalid. Based on the error, we can see that you are using the WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin, which is no longer a standard component of our theme. You need to go to the Plugins tab and deactivate it, as we cannot take responsibility for the functionality of third-party plugins.

    We have also noticed that this plugin was installed on 12.11.2025. We made some modifications to the file sb-woocommerce-infinite-scroll/admin/sb-admin-panel.php within this plugin. However, for these changes to remain effective, you must keep the modified version and avoid updating the plugin, as any update will overwrite the changes.

    For this reason, we recommend discontinuing the use of this plugin and instead using the built-in lazy loading feature provided by the theme.

    We understand that you are using the Products Grid widget with a list of product IDs and would like to sort them by price (lowest to highest). Currently, the sorting options in the Products Grid widget are available only when the data source is set to “All Products.” When using a custom list of product IDs, the sorting is based on the order of the IDs entered, and the sorting by price option is not applied.

    We appreciate your feedback and will forward your suggestion to our development team for consideration in future updates. In the meantime, you can manually adjust the order of the product IDs to achieve your preferred display order.

    Regarding the attributes, we are referring not to the local product attributes but to the global ones (please see the details in the attached screenshots).

    As for the wishlist, please add the following code to the Customizer under Custom CSS:

    The issue with the wishlist is caused by the simultaneous use of both the built-in theme wishlist and the YITH plugin wishlist. You need to choose one of these options.

    Regarding the brands page, the problem may occur if identical names are used for both the product brand and the product attribute. For example, if there is a product attribute named “brand,” it may cause a conflict and prevent proper filtering. To verify this, we would need access to the website’s admin panel.

    Yes, that’s correct — all patches that are currently released will be automatically included in the next update, and this happens every time.

    Since there is no new update yet, we release patches separately so you don’t have to wait for the full update. Otherwise, updates would be released almost every day, as patches are issued quite frequently.

    You can also perform their translation in the Loco Translate settings for the WooCommerce plugin, but only after the issues with the HTTP and HTTPS protocols have been resolved.

    Thank you for providing access to the admin panel. We have translated these strings, which should normally be available in the Loco Translate settings for the WooCommerce plugin. However, in your case, they are missing.

    We also noticed an issue where part of the content is being loaded via the HTTP protocol and another part via HTTPS. This may be the cause of the problem. We attempted to review the active plugins, but the corresponding page is not responding due to the same protocol issue. Additionally, we are unable to use the Customizer for the same reason.

    We recommend contacting your hosting provider to resolve these issues first.

    Thank you for providing access. The issue was caused by the server cache, which overwrote our plugin page caching parameters. Normally, the cache on this page lasts for two days, but in your case, it was overwritten

    Thank you for your message. To update the XStore Core plugin to version 5.6.2, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins and check if the XStore Core plugin is active.
    2. If the update is not showing, please deactivate and delete the current XStore Core plugin (your theme settings will remain safe).
    3. After that, go to Appearance > Install Plugins and reinstall the XStore Core plugin – the latest version will be installed automatically.
    4. Once installed, activate the plugin again.

    If you still do not see the update, please clear your site and browser cache, then check again.
