    We would like to clarify that XStore does not include a built-in 3D room planner feature.

    However, you can certainly enhance your website by integrating a third-party 3D room planner plugin. Our theme is compatible with many popular WordPress plugins, and you should be able to implement such a feature with the help of a suitable plugin. We recommend checking the plugin’s documentation and ensuring compatibility with your current setup.

    Please note that we do not guarantee full compatibility of our theme with all third-party plugins, nor can we provide support for such plugins. In some cases, additional customization of either the theme or the plugin may be required to ensure they work together. Unfortunately, it is not feasible for the theme author to ensure compatibility with all existing plugins, and such customization falls outside the scope of our standard support.

    – The settings for product images are managed by the WooCommerce plugin, not by our theme. Therefore, the result you are experiencing will remain the same even if you activate the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront.

    – To disable image cropping, please navigate to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images and set the Crop option to “Uncropped”.

    – Please note that changes will not be applied automatically. You will need to regenerate the images using a plugin.     Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images.

    To change the product widget image size go to Settings > Media > Thumbnails Size.

    Note: After these changes, you need to Regenerate Thumbnails to apply them! You can use
    Regenerate thumbnails plugin to do this.

    Please note that each theme purchase includes a single license, which is valid for use on one live domain only. If you would like to use the theme on a second live domain, a separate license must be purchased for that domain.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to relicense a single purchase for use on multiple live domains. We kindly recommend purchasing an additional license to comply with our licensing terms.

    The error message in the screenshot says:

    “REGISTRATION ATTEMPT BLOCKED: This site requires a security token created when the page loads for all registration attempts. Please ensure JavaScript is enabled and try again.”

    Here’s what you can do to fix it:
    1. Enable JavaScript in your browser:
    Make sure JavaScript is turned on in your browser settings. If it’s disabled, the page cannot generate the required security token.

    2. Refresh the page:
    After enabling JavaScript, reload the page to allow the security token to be generated.

    3. Use a different browser (if needed):
    If you’re using a browser with heavy privacy settings or a built-in ad blocker, it might be blocking JavaScript. Try using Chrome or Firefox.

    4. Disable any browser extensions:
    Ad blockers, script blockers (like NoScript), or privacy-focused extensions might interfere. Temporarily disable them and try again.

    5. Make sure your internet connection is stable:
    Sometimes, poor connections may prevent scripts from fully loading.

    Regarding your inquiry, according to the Envato licensing terms and conditions the usage of a license is limited to only one website. However, XStore provides the option of 1 live site licensing and 2 staging site licensing for testing purposes per purchase code. This means that you can set up two staging sites using a single license. Please note that if you intend to have multiple live sites, you will need to acquire a separate license for each individual site.

    However, if you no longer intend to use the theme on the original domain, you may transfer the license to a new domain. To do so, please ensure the theme is deregistered on the old domain. Once this is done, you may proceed to activate the theme on the new domain using the same purchase code. After successful activation, we kindly ask that you remove the theme files from the previous site.
