    Hello, Andrea,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images.

To change the product widget image size go to Settings > Media > Thumbnails Size.

More information about product image settings can be found in WooCommerce Documentation – https://woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/

Note: After these changes, you need to Regenerate Thumbnails to apply them! You can use
Regenerate thumbnails plugin to do this.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello,

Please find attached a screenshot of your current settings https://prnt.sc/cTrhw8pkytUv that need to be adjusted. Once the changes have been made, kindly regenerate the images using the plugin.

can you tell me what to select so as not to break all the images? I also sent you a link to see how the product category images should be. I have more than 2000 images and I don’t want to make a mistake and waste time. I need to be able to see the images like the first link I sent you.

    Hello,

We would like to kindly inform you that we have already provided all the necessary information required to resolve your inquiry. However, as you continue to raise the same question, we are happy to clarify the details once again:

    – The settings for product images are managed by the WooCommerce plugin, not by our theme. Therefore, the result you are experiencing will remain the same even if you activate the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront.

    – To disable image cropping, please navigate to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images and set the Crop option to “Uncropped”.

    – Please note that changes will not be applied automatically. You will need to regenerate the images using a plugin. For example, you may use the following plugin: https://rty.dev.8theme.com/wp-admin/network/plugin-install.php?tab=plugin-information&plugin=force-regenerate-thumbnails&TB_iframe=true&width=600&height=550 (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/j_ETrqS531IS ).

    – If you choose not to follow the instructions provided or if something is not functioning as expected, please understand that this is not an issue related to our theme. It is a matter concerning the WooCommerce plugin and its settings. For further assistance, we recommend contacting the WooCommerce support team directly: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
