    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    Edit the page using Elementor > replace the current content with My account element, then edit links – https://prnt.sc/C3cELITD-iuc
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-my-account-page-builder-with-elementor/
    Additionally, to remove the specified button, kindly add the following custom code:

    .woocommerce-MyAccount-content .dokan-btn-theme.vendor-dashboard {
        display: none;
    }

    Please try this and let me know if it works for you.

    Hello, Ishu Bajpai,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    If you have been working on WP locally and would now like to switch to a paid plan, you can proceed by selecting the most suitable plan from our offerings. Please ensure that you have backed up your local work before migrating to the live environment.

    Regarding theme activation, you will be able to activate the theme on your new website. After migration, we recommend deregistering the theme and then re-entering the purchase code. This will ensure that your website information is correctly updated on your account page: https://www.8theme.com/account-user/?user_id=36091

    For more details on theme registration and deregistration for live and staging websites, please refer to the following guide:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites/

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello, Chandru,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The message “Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute” usually appears when WordPress is updating plugins, themes, or the core system. In most cases, this issue resolves itself within a few minutes. However, if the message persists, you may need to manually remove the .maintenance file from your website’s root directory via FTP or your hosting file manager.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We sincerely appreciate the details you have provided regarding the issue. The 404 Page Not Found error when editing or updating products in WooCommerce may be caused by permalink settings, plugin conflicts, or server-related restrictions.

    To troubleshoot the issue, please try the following steps:

    1. Reset Permalinks:
    – Navigate to **Settings** > **Permalinks** in your WordPress dashboard.
    – Without making any changes, click **Save Changes** to refresh the permalink structure.
    – Check if the issue persists.

    2. Deactivate Plugins:
    – Temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins except WooCommerce.
    – Try editing or updating a product again.
    – If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.

    3. Check for Theme Conflicts:
    – Switch to a default WordPress theme (such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four).
    – Test if the issue still occurs.

    4. Enable Debugging:
    – Enable WordPress debugging by adding the following lines to your **wp-config.php** file:

    php
    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
    @ini_set('display_errors', 0);

    – After enabling debugging, check the **wp-content/debug.log** file for any error messages that might indicate the cause of the issue.

    5. Check Server Configuration:
    – Ensure that your hosting provider does not have any security restrictions (such as ModSecurity rules) that might be blocking product updates.
    – You may also check the server error logs for any related errors.

    If the issue persists after performing these steps, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you further.

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    Please refer to the following article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ It provides information on how the image width for the single product page is determined and how the height adjusts accordingly.

    The width of the container where the image is shown https://prnt.sc/g2ugJQuJrCvz can be changed via XStore Builders > Single Product Builder > edit template.

    It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery and for products.

    Hello, Terpsauce,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We would like to inform you that the Dokan Vendor plugin is currently activated on your website. However, the shortcode being used belongs to a different plugin – MultiVendorX. To ensure proper functionality, we kindly recommend replacing it with the appropriate shortcode provided by the Dokan plugin – https://dokan.co/docs/wordpress/getting-started/dokan-shortcodes/ or changing the vendor plugin to MultiVendorX.

    Hello, Rokas,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate your detailed inquiries and are happy to assist you.

    Read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ Regenerate thumbnails using a plugin to apply changes.

    Please downgrade the PHP version from 8.1 or 8.2. Not all plugins are compatible with your current version.

    The notification regarding Elementor Pro is generated by the Elementor plugin itself. Although you do not need to purchase anything, the message still appears as per the decision of the free version’s author. Please note that our theme does not influence this behavior.

    For future inquiries, we kindly ask that you post different questions as separate topics in our support forum: https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/

    Hello, Mauro,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please find the answer to your question at the following link: https://prnt.sc/7xOR9q8b539q

    The reason you see two identical images is that the variation image matches the image uploaded to the product gallery. You can resolve this by replacing the image as indicated in the provided screenshot or by enabling the Variation Gallery option in the theme settings.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of the Elementor plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/
