Elementor never loads when editing pages

    Hi.
    I have installed the theme on https://www.zrozenipriserek.cz/. I have also imported the Architecture template with all the plugins.
    The issue is that the Elementor editor never loads a page to edit for none of the pages. It is stuck on “Loading” and never loads it up. I have tried disabling Rocket Loader on Cloudflare + clear cache. I have also tried switching the editor loader mode as suggested here https://elementor.com/help/safe-mode-not-solving-problem/?utm_source=safe-mode&utm_medium=wp-dash&utm_campaign=learn with no change.

    Any advice, please?

    1/ To identify the cause of the issue, please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check the fatal error log file.

    2/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Hello.

    1. There are no fatal logs in WooCommerce. There are actually no logs at all in WooCommerce from yesterday when I was trying to edit the pages.

    Please downgrade the PHP version from 8.1 or 8.2. Not all plugins are compatible with your current version (8.4.5)

    I have downgraded to PHP 8.2 but the issue persists.

    We have identified that the issue persists even when using the default theme and with all plugins disabled (please refer to the attached files for details). Based on this, we can conclude that neither the theme nor the plugins are causing the problem.

    Therefore, we kindly request that you completely disable Cloudflare and check whether the issue is resolved.

    Hi Andrew.

    Thanks for the update. I disabled cloudflare completely and connected directly to the web server as you can see from the attached screenshot – the HTTPS error is the proof that I am connected directly to the server which has only a self-signed certificate. But even with that, Elementor does not load.

    Is it possible to use WP bakery Page builder instead? I personally do not like Elementor – I have only bad experience with it like WP Bakery page builder much better. But I am not sure if this specific Architects template can be used with something else other than Elementor.

    Yes, of course, you can use the WPBakery Page Builder. However, please note that not all pre-built demo content has been created using this builder. For more details on the available demo data across different builders, you can refer to the following link:

    Yes, that is the problem. The Architects demo content uses Elementor. And I like the Architects demo content.

    How is the troubleshooting going? Why is it not working with Elementor?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with the issue related to Elementor, as the problem is not caused by our theme. It also occurs when using the default WordPress theme and without any additional plugins activated.
