    2. The specific email notifications (such as “New Order”) are enabled and assigned to the correct recipient.
    3. There are no email delivery issues or spam filters blocking the notifications.

    If you have already checked these settings and the issue persists, please test how it works when the Storefront theme is activated (Appearance > Themes).

Our license allows you to use the theme on one website at a time, so as long as the theme is active on only one project, there will be no issue.
