XStore Checkout and payment page subscription box

    Hello,

    I can’t hide the subscription box on the XStore checkout and payment page, it’s not working. It requires a new plugin to make it work and auto-subscribe. I don’t want so many plugins for each feature in my store. How do I delete that subscription box?
    In the attached file, the subscription box is highlighted in red and the title is highlighted in yellow.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it withhout wp-admin access.

    Could you please test if the same behavior occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance — Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.

    Hello,
    When editing the Verification page (multi-level) there is no such option to remove it when editing your theme settings and configuration to remove that subscription box. Why is the subscription not working the problem may not be related to the theme itself? I didn’t change anything. And in general, when I updated XStore Core, all sorts of nonsense, errors and not working functions started. I received an email stating “WordPress has found an error in one of your plugins, XStore Core.”

    This is not a duplicate question, but a continuation of the topic about the same subscription problem. Maybe I phrased the question incorrectly, because I don’t speak English well. The question was, how is it possible that the subscription problem could be unrelated to the “xstore” theme itself, since I don’t write or upload any additional codes to the theme?

    We previously contacted you (https://www.8theme.com/topic/xstore-checkout-and-payment-page-subscription-box/#post-465277) requesting temporary wp-admin access and asked you to check the issue using the default theme. However, we have not yet received your feedback or access details, which has prevented us from investigating the issue on your website.

    Regarding your note that you are using only our theme and not many plugins, please note that the issue mentioned in your topic may be related to the configuration of the WooCommerce plugin, as each step on the checkout page depends on WooCommerce settings. For example, you could set custom text in Dashboard -> Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Checkout under the “Privacy Policy” option (https://prnt.sc/OUZk75oCYuAH). This text may appear in the area shown in your screenshot, and it is not related to the subscription. In its original version, it indicates that the customer agrees with the statement: “Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in the website’s privacy policy.”

    To ensure that the issue is not caused by the theme, please add the default shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] to your checkout page instead of using our theme’s widget, switch to the Storefront theme, and disable the XStore Core plugin.

    Hello,

    The privacy policy page has not been created yet, so I haven’t marked it, but the problem is not on this page and not in its box on the checkout page. The problem is in the subscription box, because it doesn’t work, so I want to remove it. I can’t find how to do it, because as you indicated, all the steps were completed, but in the end there is no configuration for the subscription function and its box. I showed it in the screenshots. If I understand correctly, for the subscription order to work and redirect to the subscription form, it needs to be linked somehow. I don’t understand how.

    Based on our analysis, we have determined that the additional subscription field is not generated by our theme but by a third-party plugin, “Hostinger Reach” which is installed on your website: https://prnt.sc/3TYyoGuy0KC2. The logic class name for this subscription field can be found here: https://prnt.sc/Hyo1IatHxBOy (you can also verify this using your browser’s web inspector).

    To configure the subscription form, please refer to the documentation provided by the mentioned plugin: https://www.hostinger.com/support/hostinger-reach/.     I was not aware that this issue was not related to the XStore theme. As I am not a programmer, I do not have experience with or a deep understanding of complex coding.
    I understand that plugin configuration and functionality fall outside the scope of your support.
