I’m finding that when accessing the website on a non mobile device, as a guest user, I can checkout using stripe credit card sucessfully. However when I try and enter credit card details, on a non mobile device, when signed in to an account, the credit card fields clear as I scroll the screen, preventing sucessful checkout. If I enter the credit card details without scrolling I can checkout sucessfully.
No problems from a mobile device, signed into an account or not.
I have cleared caches and the problem is also being reported by customers trying to make purchases.
I believe that there was a similar issue reported in 2024 but I can’t see from that forum record what the fix was?
