I use WooPayments and the express checkout buttons – google pay and apple pay – didn’t appear on the Checkout page although they are shown and can be used for payment on the Cart page. The setting for this method are checked (where to show) and the buttons appear on a page with the woocommerce default shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] (albeit on top). The issue is also present if Stripe method is enabled.
No other plugins seems to interfere here.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance -> Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Sorry… let me know if I understand correctly… you suggest that I should install storefront and redesign the whole site around that theme? If I just change the theme the result is a jumble mess…

    Hello,

No, you do not need to do much at all. We kindly ask you to switch the theme to the default one in order to check whether the issue you mentioned is related to the theme or to the plugin. If the problem occurs only with our theme, we will investigate it to the best of our ability. However, if the issue appears with any theme, including the default one, it would be reasonable to contact the plugin support team, as a properly functioning plugin should be compatible with the default WooCommerce theme. Otherwise, it would indicate a critical issue that they need to resolve.

In simple terms, you only need to switch the theme for a few minutes for testing purposes. You are the one who best knows the steps required to reproduce the issue on your website. Please let us know the results of your testing. After completing the test, you can reactivate our theme on your site.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

Ok. Xstore is a theme that heavily modify files using custom codes… the result of a theme change is… mostly not readable.
On the other hand I did mentioned that using woocommerce default shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] (in a new page) those buttons do appear…

    Hello @Cris Pantu,

To display the payment buttons on the checkout page built with the XStore Elementor widget, please add the “WooCommerce Hook” widget to your checkout page (https://gyazo.com/92c32262d65feca6a217abf0baaf497c), as the plugin uses specific hooks to render these buttons. The frontend should then display the payment options as shown here: https://gyazo.com/5d6744bb698fd0697baa8a705c97376b.

We have made the appropriate changes on your web-site, please, check now.

    Best regards,

Thank you very much! Now it works:) … Another question though… there is some way to display the buttons for google pay and apple pay inside order review widget (and not on top)?
