Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the SHOP page on my website in its translated versions.
When accessing this page (link shared privately), in both French and Dutch, an “Close X” button blocks the page. This button appears to be linked to the menu located in the upper left corner of the header. I am unable to remove it to access the content of the page, which poses a major obstacle for my customers and negatively impacts their shopping experience.
Initially, I thought the problem was due to a pop-up plugin, but after checking, it seems that the issue originates from the menu. I cannot find a solution to this problem.
Could you help me resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance.
This is even worse than I thought as it is ALSO on the original shop page… It seems to be coming from the Filter panel but even though I deactivate the filters, the problem stays… please help !!! it’s really urgent as I was going to create a promotional campaign today, and this causes some major delay to my initial schedule 🙁
Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

you’ll find access credentials in the private content area 🙂
just did what you’ve said but it’s not working on the issue..
While you are helping with this issue, I created a temporary shop page so my clients don’t get bothered too much. That page has a different title with “temporary” in it so you don’t get confused.
Please don’t mind the shop link in the website’s menu and refer only to the Woocommerce shop page for debugging in the pages section of WordPress dashboard. (or use the direct link to the page)
