Site migration to amazon and it won’t let me register the license

Hello, I recently made the migration of my hosting to amazon and when wanting to register the same domain it does not allow me, it says the following:
“You have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.
Ping us along the way if you have any questions here. ”

How could I delete the previous record?
Thank you

Please note that according to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
