    We are having problems with the search and certain other pages templates not showing the same as the shop template. When using the search bar the template shown does not show correctly, shows random menu, no sidebar and smaller images

    Hello,

    Please add this code in style.css file of your child theme:

    .page-template-search-results .sidebar {
        display:  none;
    }
    .page-template-search-results .content.span8 {
        width: 100%;
    }

    Regards

    Correct view includes sidebar and full size image in 4 rows:

    The pages (top selling, on sale, new in) – no sidebar, images in 4 rows squashed to the right

    Site search is the same as above

    Also, the menu changes for the search for some reason:

    Hello,

    You created page http://prntscr.com/mdt12b and set it as the search results page + chose the custom menu for this page + custom sidebar. If you don’t use search by post, pages etc http://prntscr.com/mdt29j there is no need to create Search results page. I have deleted it.

    Check now.

    Regards

    Yes, i understand this, thank you .

    This has fixed the search but not the pages layout…
    i.e.
    new products – https://www.21floors.co.uk/new-products/
    top sellers – https://www.21floors.co.uk/top-sellers/
    on sale – https://www.21floors.co.uk/on-sale/

    I am still unable to have the 4 standard columns with left sidebar

    Hello,

    Default WooCommerce widgets work on default wc pages (shop, categories of products) only.

    We would like to have footer links to: –

    New Products
    Best Selling
    Sale items

    These are currently pages but as you have described woocommerce doesn’t recognise pages for the sidebar and shop formatting.

    You can disable sidebar on these pages to get this result – https://prnt.sc/menl0h
    Is it what you are looking for http://prntscr.com/menn5w ?
    Our theme inherits the functionality of WooCommerce plugin, if you want to change things relates to WC, you can contact woocommerce support.
    Additional customization is not included in our basic support.

    I don’t want to disable the side bar – I want to keep it.

    I want a shop page layout for New Products, Best Selling and Sale items and be able to have a footer link to each page/filter

    This filter – http://prntscr.com/menn5w – is only good for each category and not ALL categories – there doesn’t seem to be a filter for Sale items

    Dear,

    There is no possibility to achieve the desired result using available settings, unfortunately. Likely you need to do some additional customization in files.
    Try to contact WooCommerce support maybe they will be able to point you in the right direction.

    Regards
