Hi,
I’m having a big problem with Woopress theme.
When I resize the window to tablet dimension all the images become huge and the page is totally broken.
I noted that the console gives a js error on js_composer_front.js (“$imagesGrid is undefined”).
The problem is on FF and Chrome, but IE 11 seems ok (but the error is shown on the console).
I red a post that may be connected on this issue (https://www.8theme.com/topic/error-stopping-slider-and-product-images-from-displaying-correctly/)
In advance I send you the access (ftp and wp admin user) on private content.
Thanks, I look forward to hear from you.. thanks!
Francesco
Hello,
Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Thanks! I’m doing the upgrade, and I have another question: about the plugins update, how do you suggest to update them? There is a secure procedure to do it? Thanks
Ok, I did the upgrade of Woopress and all the plugin, I cleared the cache, but the error persists. The page is still broken.
The console still gives the error on visual_composer_front.js.
You have the access on the website so you can check, let me know.
Kind regrads,
Francesco
Hello,
You need download plugins versions here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and upload them via FTP in wp-content/plugins directory overwriting the current versions.

Eva Kemp.

Hello,
I’ve added this code in child style.css file:
@media only screen and (max-width: 992px){
.sidebar-mobile-top > .row {
display: block;
}}
Please check your site on mobile now.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Yes, now it works! Thank you very much!
So the javascript error doesn’t regard the problem?
Anyway thank you for the prompt support.
Francesco
Hello cineseries,
you are right, JavaScript error doesn’t regard the problem.
