Hi, We have a website running the Legenda Theme, but the Mega Menu options don’t appear to be updating. I have no problem moving pages in the menu, it is only when trying to change the drop downs to any kind of mega menu.

We have increased the Menu item limit which has worked before. It did allow us to change a couple of drop downs to mega menu, but there are still a couple that need changing.

All plugins, the theme and WordPress are up to date.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Please set for the user Administrator role, so we can take a closer look.
Also, try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme and check if you still have the problem.

    Regards

Hi I have updated the access level.

Can’t really afford to disable all of the 3rd party plugins, in case it messes with the client’s Google Shopping campaign.

    Hello,

Please increase PHP Max Input Vars. Try to set 8000 or 10000 for example http://sevenspark.com/wordpress/menu-item-limit Then clear cache and check your menu.

Hi, Which cache are you referring to? Browser cache?

I have already had the PHP Max Input Vars increased before coming here…

    Hello,

Please increase this value http://prntscr.com/kaagcb from 3000 to 10000 > clear cache using plugin on your site http://prntscr.com/kaah3q and clear browser cache > let us know if the problem is solved.
