Why my Xstore don’t have 8theme Mega menu option?

We have follow the tutorial ( https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/59-03-how-to-create-a-mega-menu ) that have provided but we doesn’t have these 8theme mega menu option. This is like we doesn’t have the element ( 8theme ).

Hello,

Theme Options > General > Theme Menu Options > On

What we want to do is to create mega menu options like the tutorial https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/59-03-how-to-create-a-mega-menu
but in our website we didn’t have these mega menu function in static block
