Hello, I try to import “Beauty one page” demo but I get a no ending loop of “Importing demo content… Please wait, it may take up to 2 minutes.”

Is there another way to import demos?

When I click “INSTALL BASE DEMO CONTENT” I have the message “No access!”

Hello,

1) We have fixed the isue with the demo content import. Check now.
2) screets-lcx error is related to PHP 7.4, it looks that plugin does not support it. We can do nothing with this because we are not plugin developers. We could just offer you an update once plugin author fixes the bug and release the update.
Do you plan to use live chat on your site? Because there is no need to keep enabled plugins that you don’t really plan to use and if these plugins are not required.

Hello,

Please, don’t change parent theme and royal-core plugin till the next theme update. If you need to make any changes use child theme only.
Fix of the demo content import will be included in the next theme update.
