ISSUE// Importing demo content for Architech and Hotel , imports beaty demo.

As title explains, we are trying to import hotel or architech demo content, every time it imports the beuty demo, tried many many time, wasted whole day yesterday trying to get to work, was hopingt you would have responded to my support message on Theme Forest and would have reply this morning.

Hopefully you can respond to this now, so we do not waste another day waiting for a response.

any chance you can just use updraft to make backup of demo content and will restore that.

2 days now been waiting to fix this, didnt help i i waited a day for you to tell me to post on the forum instead of themeforest, then asked for details following that post that you could just have asked for in response yto my original post.

PLease respond, 2 days to install demo content is just not workable. And no response to update wiith whats going on today

Hello,

We need FTP access to check your server settings.
Please check if allow_url_fopen function is enabled and post_max_size, upload_max_filesize values aren’t low, they should be at least 40M.
Is memory_limit value set to 64M or higher?

This is not a problem with memory limits or execution times, its not failing, its just intalling the incorerect demo theme.

So to confirm

The import is working perfectly, it imports the demo content, there is no error with the process.

What there is an error with is we are selecting architech or Hotel, and every time it installs the beauty demo.

3 days now to install a demo theme content, please can you just resolve this for me.

If it is working and not a bug, please just send an updraft backup so i can restore.

Updraft is free, takes 2 mins to install plugin, 2 mins to back up and you can send me the demo to restore my end.

I just want to get using this theme, if we cant get resolution today i will need to request a refund so i can purchase an alturnative theme. I cant wait 24 hours every time for a response

Hello,

Are you unable to create FTP user for us?
You can try to import templates variants manually. I’ve sent an archive to your email address. Please check it.
You need import .xml file via wp-admin panel > Tools > Import > WordPress > upload chosen xml file, press “Upload File and import”. Check “Download and import file attachments” and press Submit button.
After that imported page will appear in Pages section of wp-admin panel. Then you need import .zip archive for slider in wp-admin > Revolution Slider > Import slider button.
