    Hello, Wade Yang,

In the settings of the Product Categories element, you can see the max value is 6 https://prnt.sc/AcKygX9R-YRC , 15 or any other value is achieved using Custom CSS code. If you do not like the result of the custom CSS code working, it would be better to not use the custom coding at all.

Try to use the default WooCommerce element https://prnt.sc/ZU96qAJQIzzI , it allows to set up to 12 columns – https://prnt.sc/8deWFPALkxSu https://prnt.sc/xlA1IURO-QVE

I created a new page, when Element Product Categories was added, and the newly created Categories were selected in Data Settings, but no icon was displayed:

Thanks for the reply, I am very satisfied with the effect. I have another website. When I create a new page and make the following settings, I find that some icons are not displayed. What’s the matter?

    Hello, Wade Yang,

We were able to find wp-admin access and checked the page content.

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem. Let us know the result of this test.

If the problem is independent of plugins, provide us with FTP access, please. To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
