In the settings of the Product Categories element, you can see the max value is 6 https://prnt.sc/AcKygX9R-YRC , 15 or any other value is achieved using Custom CSS code. If you do not like the result of the custom CSS code working, it would be better to not use the custom coding at all.

We were able to find wp-admin access and checked the page content.

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore.
