Header & Category Changes colours and removing uncategorized

Hi Support

How can I remove uncategorized on the product category dropdown on the shop page.

And please assist in showing me where I can change the header text and icon colours, i don’t see in the settings options only the hover colour.

Hi Support thank you. Please see attached screenshot, is there a way to change font and button colour of the WooCommerce account login & register form?

It is strange because on the my account page it is the correct button colours and font (see attached) but on the home page previously attached pic it is different
