Elementor dont work with PRO Elements
Hello, Cuorenero Caffè,
Some elements were not functioning because they had been disabled in the Elementor settings. We have now enabled all the elements for you. Please check whether the elements you need are now working properly.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
ok
Hello, Cuorenero Caffè,
Thank you for providing access. As far as we can see, the issue is caused by the wp-lister-amazon plugin, which generates a large number of errors (please check the attached screenshots).
At the moment, we have disabled the error display. To enable it again, please add the following code to your wp-config.php file:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
Best regards,

Is this why the elementor and elemontor pro doesn’t work with your template?
Hi,
Have you had the opportunity to contact the author of the third-party plugin mentioned in our previous message? Please note that if the plugin is not included with the theme, we are not responsible for its functionality. It appears that the plugin is not operating correctly and is affecting other elements of the website, regardless of the theme being used.
Please confirm that your problem is solved if you disable the mentioned plugin.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
I disabled, but elementor and elements pro dont work..
Hi,
We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
Could you please verify this yourself? But I don’t think another plugin is causing this conflict. I created a backup in Update Backup, so make all your changes. Elementor only works if I disable PRO Elements. Try yourself
Hi,
https://prnt.sc/1BELqV_Dpu7f -> https://prnt.sc/DI89XPf3XPNe
Please update your paid Elementor PRO plugin, as Elementor has recently been updated and now requires the compatible paid plugin version to be installed as well.
This is likely the reason for the error.

I don’t use Elementor Pro; it’s an old installation with an expired license. Your template, which I’ve already purchased, works fine without Elementor Pro.
Hello @Cuorenero Caffè,
The editor functions correctly when the Elementor PRO and PRO Elements plugins are disabled. However, the issue occurs when either of these plugins is activated. This happens because you have already updated the free Elementor plugin to the latest version (https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/#developers), while there are currently no compatible updates available for the PRO Elements plugin (https://proelements.org/) to ensure proper functionality.
You may either downgrade your Elementor plugin to version 3.35.9 (https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/advanced/) and test again, or check whether an update for the Elementor PRO plugin is available to you without requiring a license renewal.
Please note that the latest 4.x version of Elementor is a major update, which may cause layout issues and compatibility problems with other plugins that have not yet been updated.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

I downgrade the version, but is not the problem.
Hello @Cuorenero Caffè,
Following our testing, we have determined that the issue is not related to our theme or the plugins activated on your website. This problem may be caused by Firewall or ModSecurity rules configured on the server. Therefore, we recommend contacting your hosting provider and asking them to temporarily disable ModSecurity and the Firewall to check whether this resolves the issue.
Additionally, the issue might be related to your .htaccess file or file permissions. As mentioned above, please contact your hosting provider and request that they review these settings for you.
Please let us know the outcome once you have checked with them.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
