I’ve been trying to open and edit my homepage, but it only shows a blank white screen each time. It seems like the PRO Elements plugin might be causing the issue—when I deactivate it, I’m able to edit the page using Elementor. However, any sections that use PRO Elements are missing.

    Hello @Mina,

Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson

    Hello @Mina,

    Please, check now.
We manually modified as temporary solution the version of PRO Elements plugin in plugins/pro-elements/pro-elements.php -> 4.0.4.2 => 4.0.42 (https://prnt.sc/LSEv0Vy3CB13) as such subversion is not predefined in Elementor plugin’s code.

Hi Jack. Seems like nothing has changed. I’ve cleared my Chrome browser history and tried Safari, still unable to load the page.

    Hello @Mina,

Please clear your caches and check again: https://prnt.sc/aC9lyrCM2r1p. It appears that the issue was caused by one of your Global Widgets, so we have temporarily moved it to the trash: https://prnt.sc/Y404Ujr4DmaW.

Hey, Jack. That worked. May I know which widget was that? Moving forward, is it safe for me to update any plugin?
