Hello Support Team,
I am experiencing a critical issue on my WordPress website.
Elementor works normally for pages, headers, footers, and blocks. However, when I try to open any blog post with Elementor, the editor fails to load and shows a 500 preview error.
The debug output shows the following fatal error:
Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_name() on null in
/wp-content/plugins/pro-elements/modules/theme-builder/documents/single-base.php:162
What I have already verified:
The problem affects all blog posts
Pages can still be edited with Elementor without issues
Headers, footers, and blocks also work
I created a completely new Single Post template
I also tested with a nearly empty template
The issue still remains
Elementor version: 4.0.2
Pro Elements version: 3.35.0
From the behavior and stack trace, it seems the issue occurs specifically when Pro Elements tries to render the Single Post context for blog posts.
Could you please check whether this is a compatibility issue between Elementor 4.0.2 and Pro Elements 3.35.0, especially in the Theme Builder / Single Post module?
Best regards,
Patrick
