Hello there, I am facing one issue in xstore theme. The css is totally broken on the shop page of my website. Link of site is “https://testing.agritzfresh.com/shop”
As you can see the top banner and categories css is broken. Hover on mega menus and you will see the mega menu broken as well. The cart icon is disappeared when hover on product card on shop page as well as quantity buttons are not working. I am using dokan plugin to integrate marketplace and live search map is not appearing at top of shop page above or below the banner. However if you will visit any product category or any other page…everything is working perfectly…even if you click on any product … its working perfectly… the issues are only on SHOP page.

Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
Please consider this an emergency case. I have delivery due date today. I have provided the requested things in the private content area. Thanks
1/ FTP directory is empty. Provide us with FTP to your WP installation.
2/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Let us know the result.
I have already done the steps you have mentioned before writing to you. There is no cache or 3rd party plugin installed. Please check the private content to access the hosting. Thanks
