1. Please add this code in custom.css of parent theme or style.css of the child theme:
.white-popup-block .popup-modal-dismiss { display: none !important; }
2. Use this code:
.checkbox-label { display: none !important; }
3. Unfortunately there is no such feature. Sorry.
