XStore AMP is a plugin released to help to improve the mobile browsing experience. It is created to render the page faster by loading pages with minimal HTML, Javascript and styles, so it can’t be compatible with all existing 3rd party plugins and some complicated functionality just can’t work there.
In case you provide FTP access, I will be able to ask our dev team to check your situation more deeply. But there is no guarantee that AMP can work with the payment gateway.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
