In accordance with the texts written in Multiple headers, any translations are overridden.
As a solution, a new header was created exclusively for the Greek version of https://prnt.sc/QdvSGkS2b1d4 and the texts were written in Greek. Consequently, everything is working as expected https://prnt.sc/TqJlWGnLKnpT . Additionally, your code (hiding texts) was removed for the English version https://prnt.sc/OdIuKhR-_IGq
2/ If you want to translate texts of Mobile panel – https://prnt.sc/DNkBt8NFKHHr it can be done via changes in files of child theme only.
Please let us know the desired texts for translation, so we do this for you.
