Hello, @IP,
You’d have to enable product reviews by accessing the following settings:
1-WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products – http://prntscr.com/tfyyzy
In this menu, please find “Enable product reviews” and enable it.
2- Simply navigate to Dashboard > Products > All products > Select all products and Edit All product > there you can see Comments Allow and Save settings. See the image for a better reference here: https://ibb.co/9nfD2Jy
