We can tell you that it is not possible to customize those emails via our Email builder due to the fact this plugin provides its own editor for email templates you created -> https://prnt.sc/jXt6yy6NDzuM . We can recommend you to contact with plugin’s author only and ask them about the solution from their side, because from our side we see that it is almost not possible and may take too much time of checking but not successful.
