1- Could you please share your site WP-Admin URL and access in the private content area of this topic by following the below-given format:

So that I will check the issue on your site.

2- Please share the page URL with us.

3- In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

.woocommerce-cart-form table thead th{font-weight:700 !important;}

Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

a- To solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

tr.woocommerce-cart-form__cart-item.cart_item.st-item-meta span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount{color:red !important;}

Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Note: in the above code the word “red” is the color you can change it with you want.

b- Now, In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

div.quantity>span:hover{color:red !important;}

Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Note: in the above code the word “red” is the color you can change it with you want.

4/a- To solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

4/b- Please share the screenshot and also the page URL as well so that I will further check and let you know about it.

5- Please provide a screenshot of the issue and share your site access as I requested it in point number 1.

6- In the Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart >> Cross-sell-products you can set the layout of the products “You may be interested” see image: https://postimg.cc/kDmCJnL5 further if you want to show the specific products you then you have to add the products you want, while you editing a product. You cannot edit the section using Elementor.
