Hello My Header is not showing up in my page even though it is well configured

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear all cache, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If any further assistance is needed from our side, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

NEVER post private information like WP Dashboard or FTP access out of the Private content area https://prnt.sc/26mglll Content that you post out of that is visible for ALL the users of this forum. Be attentive!

Have you tried to disable 3rd party plugins or just cleared cache?

We need wp-admin access. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. Here is our email – 8themes@gmail.com

You provided FTP to empty directory https://prnt.sc/26mgmr9 We need FTP access to your WP installation.

Yes i tried that.
Thank you for the heads-up, I never saw a support in forum and forgive my silliness
I attached the FTP credentials and the WP ADMIN user

We’ve disabled PageLayer plugin and the header is visible, so contact the support of the plugin to get assistance or keep it disabled.
