Hello, @microw007,
1- To show the button and stock quantity one by one simply navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce (Shop) >> Single Product Builder then check the image and follow the steps: https://postimg.cc/68yc3BCm
2- The settings you set for the button color will work on the button. You are checking the <a> and <span> tags these are not the buttons check the image: https://postimg.cc/cKPbZrjh and here are the button results: https://postimg.cc/7bwpLTht as you can see both imagesit mean that the settings you set from theme options work perfectly.
