1/ Describe the problem in more detail with screenshots or videos.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
2/ Add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS:

header .wcml-dropdown li:hover.wcml-cs-active-currency .wcml-cs-submenu {
    background-color: #a32c50 !important;
}
header .wcml-dropdown .wcml-cs-active-currency .wcml-cs-submenu a {
    color: white !important;
}

3/ Try to contact the support of WPML plugin.
