Read about theme update – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update (do the backup of your database and files before starting the theme update) and about plugins – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update Do not update Core plugin before the theme update. After the update you need to clear all cache.
