Hello, @hatemelbadre,
1. This seems to be the cache issue only If you are able to see the changes in Customizer and not on the frontend of the site. Please remove the server cache and site cache as well, finally check back the site after clearing the browser cache, I am sure you will not face this issue.
2. I am sorry, I am not able to find the signup message constantly on your site, Can you please share the small video clip of this issue?
