Hello,
I can’t log in to your Dashboard https://prnt.sc/23pjyn7 to make a video of how to edit menu on your site. Anyway, you imported Elementor version of demo and you need to edit content using Elementor in this case, including Static Blocks. So, enable Elementor for the static blocks (Elementor > Settings > Post types > enable for static blocks https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks ).
You don’t need Elementor pro to edit pages, blocks and create content of your site. All our demos were created using the free version of the Elementor and we created a lot of additional Elements for these purposes https://prnt.sc/23pkmd2
